Cash Rebates For Home Buyers – When you choose Custom Fit Realty as your Buyer’s Agent, we’ll share part of our real estate commission with your after the closing in the form of a Cash Rebate. The Cash Rebate for Buyers is equal to 0.5% of the purchase price of your new home - $1,500 on a $300,000 home.
When you choose as your legally designated Buyer’s Agent, we have a duty to make your interests primary. That’s quite different than a listing agent’s duty which is to obtain the highest possible price for the Seller!
